The Importance of Focusing on the Outcomes

We're commissioned to make disciples not just to preach and pray. Like Paul, we are called on to labor and strive for an extraordinary outcome by God's power to present people mature in Christ. To be completely clear, no outcomes will be achieved unless God gives the growth. He is a sovereign. No means are open to us except those that God has kindly given us,. But the two are connected. We're responsible to pursue and drive towards and under God achieve the outcome, not just do the activities.
