How to Scale Control of a Global Internet Platform

If we can deal with the problem of verifying users, seems like verifying metric is duable. I think one of the major challenges that we have is how you scale processes around managing metric fora systems two global internet platforms. The things different communities care about are very diverse. And their ability to respond to that is really hampered by being a centralized organization andtet i think if you wanted to truly solve that problem, you would need to have localization teams within your company deployed to all those places. Even then, it's not great, because the decisions those teams have to make are incredibly political.
