What's Cause and Effect of Racism and Jewish Organizations?

In addition to the racism, i think there's also things that we can learn from economics that are in play here. And a lot of jewish organizational leaders, whether this is right or wrong, they think of jews of color as people that are, for the most part, outside of their organization right now. The rest of them are generally things that happen individually or in the home. You know, if people are experiencing racesm and jewish organizations, it stands to reason that they're not going to have participating in organizations as a major expression of their jewishness.
