When you have so many people in a team, the communication becomes extremely important. The problem s that i had early on not recognizing that within a team have a couple of issues. Some over communicate, some don't communicate as much and it's not shared among the team. So looking back, what we need iste is a product like you have right now, that basically enable people to have a well defined structure. Its well defined what everyone is receiving and what everybody is providing," he said.
