The Challenge of Managing a Big Project

I've been learning slowly over time is just like it takes longer to do the big stuff than I think most people think. Once the stakes go up or the types of clients that you're working with hit a certain point, you got to be thinking months to years. That's that's a tough lesson for people to learn. But also maybe in selfishly...people are really ready for these types of things where they drastically underestimate how long this type of thing will take.
