How Many Students Are Working in Higher Education?

In the Cold War when students were approached it was more likely at an international conference because there weren't these huge numbers of foreign students in the US. Now, you know, another aspect of recruiting is convenience. If you work for the FBI, you can drive down to the nearest university campus and find plenty of foreign students of interest. You don't have to go to an international student group conference which was often the case in the Cold War era.
