Key base has historically been very good about not censoring user content. They have more sane defaults than telegram. I think it's important for users to realize that these large group chats, it doesn't really matter if it's end to end encrypted, because any any person in that chat could be a mole. You have 200 people in the chat, one of them is a fucking mole.
