The levels of distress that I was witnessing in my child who was experiencing gender dysphoria and gender incongruence was incredibly distressing for me as a parent. So at every stage, we worked hand in hand with the Endocrinology team at the University College Hospital London. And I wholeheartedly now, seven years down the line from Tyler coming out as trans know that it was the right decision for us at the time. There was the independent report by Dr Hillary Cass, which said that the Tavistock was struggling. It was had waiting lists that were too long,. You yourselves experienced that it wasn't keeping routine and consistent data.
