Nuromuscular control is just basically like, so without moving my camera too much, I'll show you from my shoulder. So with the knee, if we're talking not only flexion extension, but with rotation, then we can start to look at some rotational type drills where we're isolating the movement in the tibial femoral joint. We can start to work on controlled movement of that joint in relation to the femur. And then isolating that movement is just a matter of positioning yourself in the right way so that you're not compensating by moving your hip in and out or something like that. Okay.
