What's That Like in School?

It's a suite of principles, I'd say, really, to good teaching. And what it does is it allows you to have, again, a common language that sits outside of teaching standards. We've gone away from the data targets in appraisals completely. It's now about professional pedagogical development and how we can leverage better teachers for children at school.
