People are going to react poorly to change. They always do, right? And they'll talk well. But I haven't really seen anyone react initially positively to change. Then maybe a month later when they see the outcome, but you move my cheese like always sort of. So you got to watch for those ripples and then you've got to also make sure that in the first 30 days, the new COO walks around with a notebook writing down all their ideas.
