And I get frustrated how much people focus on decreased spending portion of it and not maximizing your earning potential. So many people kind of don't recognize that the spread is what allows you to invest. We're talking a lot of real estate. But whether it's stock market, venture capital, private, whatever it is you're doing, it all starts with the spread.
