What You Need to Know About Ulnar Collateral Ligaments
The mechanism is usually with some sort of pull or club that they're gripping onto. When they fall, they have pain on the ulnar aspect of their thumb. The key to distinguish what kind of injury they have is to compare it to the other side and really stabilize that first metacarpal.
