Is There a Counter Myth?

The counter myth is usually something that isn't conscious but it's producing symptoms of challenge because of the way you're living. If someone thinks they can do German volume training every day of the week and that's their myth the counter myth is that they're going to be in a lot of pain soon and suffer over training injuries. The consequences of living that myth without enough depth perception is this well-known theory about how we are all robots at this point.
