I think when the protocol gets slightly bigger, there will be no way for some client to come and implement something that breaks everything. And so that client would fix itself or no one is going to use it. But for now, I think everything is still too fragile. It was like he was asking me to basically just be extremely rude to every other master client by like banding together and forcing all this work on everyone else. This is not good behavior. Like we should be trying to maintain backwards compatibility.
