What's the Minimum Standards Require in Queensland?
In Victoria when we had I think it was 130 legislative changes a while ago they brought in minimum standards and I understand that that is necessary. We don't have the specifics unlike in Victoria we've got lots of specifics yet but we do know what they're going to be about. locks and latches need to apply to all locks and to all doors and windows it's a pretty reasonable request. There is also the rules about appliances and in being in good working order so the fact that you know if the dishwasher breaks or the oven stops working all those kinds of things are important. For most of our landlords that's not going to change it's a just about having that plan in place,
