Introduction
Roxie Leiborne was born in 1910 in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Growing up, she said her whole family was obsessed with cars and airplanes. When she was in college, Roxie snuck off campus to see Amelia Earhart land at the Raleigh Airport. Here she is speaking with Archivists from the Smithsonian in 2001.
