Aaron Stullins: Being pregnant was definitely a challenge for me and to be pregnant while I was shooting a TV show was an even bigger challenge. The mantras in motion is it's basically taking some of these wonderful concepts that we all know now. We're getting them into our body by speaking mantras, positive statements, affirmations out loud while we move so that they're not just intellectual ideas. They're actual physical ideas that we begin to embody in our lives.
