The Fund of Funds Is a Great Platform for Family Officers
The fund of funds is a great way to essentially build an elp position with the least amount of hase. The returns of a venture capital fund are usually driven by one or two big companies. So that's where a fund of funds comes in, because if you've taken positions in five funds, then our returns are dependent on ten company and not just two firms. And so the risk of investing in a fund of Funds is a lot lower than directly investing into any fund.
