You can't go into a relationship offering 100 % trust, then i'm just going to tell you, the other person has the advantage. You've got to be the person that can step up and say, even before you earn it, i want to give you a hundred%. So in our organization, chris, everyone starts with a hundred %. To day, i will tell you, you are at a hundred % trust with me.
