The Real Value of Unmoderated Remote Usability Testing

There's certainly there are times when you need to run moderated sessions. But I have found real value in unmoderated remote testing, which is this tight iteration in design. It allows us to stop thinking about like, Oh, we have one chance to bring our users into a lab. In three weeks, they're going to be there for an hour. What can we jam into that hour? And at the end of those eight sessions, if we didn't ask a particular question, we feel bad about that.
