I would suggest that if you're working in a low socioeconomic area you need to understand poverty. I think under being a trauma-informed school would would be something that you absolutely need to understand the impact of trauma on brain development and on self-regulation executive functioning. What do people read or watch or listen to to get their head around the mindset of disadvantage or different priority sets? That will help people understand all about the poverty cycle. therapeutic crisis intervention in schools is is the specific training that we've all undergone to make sure we understand how to respond to highly highly escalated behavior fantastic um and going out and finding those answers what are some so we've mentioned positive behavior systems we've mentioned harm
