The Google Summer of Code Program
Google Summer of Code is an initiative by Google to get students into the whole open source community. Students who are in college or grad school, I think you have to be over the age of 18 because of working laws. It's a great way to like get to like know like learn coding practices that you might not necessarily learn in college.
