You've got to have sufficient time and I'll explain why, but you want to start at this time and that time. There's a great book called Homo Ludens, Playing Man by a Dutch philosopher, historian, called Hoi Zing. He said, play has got to be separate from ordinary love. So you have to have a rigid starting moment and a rigid finishing moment. And that's how you can then focus completely. It's a bit like a game of football. You have 90 minutes and somebody blows the whistle and then you go back to everyday rules. But during that time, the rules of football apply and people are not allowed to interrupt or come on the pitch.
