Magna Carti and the Charter of England
Magna Carti was made available to all three men. Does it still discriminate against a significant portion of the population in terms of who's not free and who's not a man? If we take free men to start with, that did mean that unfree peasants were excluded from the benefits of the charter. There are specific chapters benefiting women, particularly widows. So magda carta certainly does discriminate against women, although it does help the baronial widows and so on.
