Obamacare and the Affordable Care Act

I think I've become talking to Obamacare and roll these more sympathetic than I was earlier to allowing skimpier plans on the health insurance market. There are actual affordability issues with the Affordable Care Act. For some people they're going to be winners and they're also going to be losers. But what he laid out was a different vision of health care. What he did to signal, right now he's saying to House Republicans, I'm going to back what you're doing. Like that was a signal that had not existed before.
