Eos is an operating system for entrepreneurial companies and in the answer to the last question you said if they're implementing eos they're going to become better leaders and managers. i've got some leadership teams that are sponges and they learn really fast and within months they're superb, then I've got some it takes 10 freaking years but i'm in and and i'm in for the long haul. Some move very fast and some move very slow and i do everything in my power to move them as fast as they can be moved without doing damage yeah. Being a great decisive willing to take the consequences of every decision you make leader is really important so that's quite helpful.
