alec ht: I don't think that much of this, or at least much that we have done, is extremely, like, hard to figure out. It's really just thinking about what's going to tempt a customer m to want to get on our list? And where can we find them so we can tempt them? For us, what's been really successful has been creating some guides and about weaving and lots of free patterns for people to down load. We're basically using content to power our growth.
