Supply Chain Quality Control Is Back Up
Lumber is down almost 70% from the high. There's lots of people who are trying to renegotiate contracts that are not having a fun time right now. So well, that was one of the things I want to leave with is the last time you were on, you were talking about just how terrible the supply chains were. So they've improved a bit, but the quality control has gone down. Well, as quality controls come back up, I say it's probably standard now,. It's still hard to get stuff.
