Are You Having a Free Speech Debate, or a Council Culture Debate?
You used to be more of a free speech absolutist. How did that happen? I think it's all part of this process of becoming more emotionally healthy, dealing with my drama and being able to have more space to be ampathetic and compassionate towards other people. And i talk about that in the book, but particularly that for marginalized people, a lot of times these, these free speech debates, or these council culture debates, are around the fact that marginalized people have kind of had it right. They're fed up, understandably, so they have tried every possible way to be heard,. now they're kind of ramping it up the next level because their basic humanity is threatened
