I don't believe this cycles are inevitable at all. There is still a lot more work needs to be done to understand how this in time to come about. But it's already is good enough, I believe, to make suggestions about how we can balance. It's like writing a bicycle, you have to balance all the time. The Nordic model was America's model in the middle of the 20th century. So they should be careful about abandoning that model which worked so well for them.
