It's not something that has to hit like a threshold in our bloodstream and stay there because we're supplementing every single day. The Knox gelatin, right? Like a pack of Knox gelatin. If they're not very big, maybe a tablespoons in there is only eight grams of collagen. So if we're thinking jello, you'd have to eat a shit ton of gelatin of collagen truthfully. And then of course like turkey and chicken skin, which isn't great for our cholesterol. But back to the bone broth: Does that hydrate you? And then you've got sodium? I mean, that's not the worst option.
