The Mercy of the Wicked Is Cruel
Injustice is a powerful force that can frustrate the poor. Wicked parents may think that they are being kind to their children in not disciplining them. However, theirs is an act of great cruelty. Children are damaged when those charged with their care, afraid of any conflict or upset, no longer dare to correct them and leave them without guidance. Jordan peterson writes about these dynamics in his book, 12 rules for life.
