I Love NSAIDs for Soft Tissue Injuries

A 2022 meta-analysis that included three randomized control trials looked at patients both with and without diabetes. The results mirrored the findings of the 2020 study where only a reduction in hospitalizations was found, but there was no difference in cardiac mortality. A smaller RCT evaluated the effect of de-pagliflosen 10 milligrams, also known as Varsiga, daily versus placebo. This was grade B evidence.
