How Gooder Is Attracting a Certain Type of Person

Stephen Gooder: We use the Enneagram. So like I'm a type seven, been the type five, uh, carries type nine. And so in the past year and a half, we've gotten a lot more diverse because of all these things we added in. The idea of letting people be better than they arrived is kind of my dream behind amp.
