Inclusion Languages

Inclusive languages is like the most obvious and simple thing we can do. Use that kind owhat you talk matters, or something else to it. I think there's also some effects of code reviews the way that people emotionally deal with each other makes it hard for minorities and women to get up to speed on certain things. Anyone whoas been marginalized their whole life will have reactions that will cost them a lot more in terms of a well being. That will lead us to minimize doing all those things and really make programming accessible to the next generation. And i love talking about this stuff because i was going to do it,. but i really appreciate your giving me platform to talk about it.
