Ani decided that if i ever set up my own company, i would implement a four day work week. And then, unlike many people who just dream of making change and the never actually do it, she did it. The history of work is different around the world. Many countries went through their own labor movements that pushed an eight hour day or forty hour week. It would take hundreds of years for most of the world to catch up.
