What Is the Definition of Baptism?

Baptism is only baptism if it is done to a believer, because that's part of the definition. The baptist faith and message doesn't go as far sacramentally as gavin orland would say. But i will saythat doctor orland is very much leans on the higher sacramental side of baptist theology.
