So you want to hang a ceiling in the room, but you don't want that ceiling to be attached in any way to the joists that are above you. And there's a bunch of ways who can do this de coupling. So i kind of just dry walled, am using airquotes here, the entire ceiling in this green stuff called sonopan a. A and i i did stuff it literally everywhere outside. I outside in the kid's playroom.
