Is It Affected by the Invasion of Atlanta?

I'm just wonder, dos any of you have athing like, even like anecdotal experience with like, basically marvel and tons of other industries like invading atlanta? How is that like, affected? Absolutely. So i think a lot of this kind of got, i won't say it got started, but a lot of it went even a, you know, it escaladed when talapery studio opened up in east point. And so that also spurs over to the gentification here in the city as well.
