When Do You Need Supplement My Body?
If you eat too early, you might be too hungry later in the day. It's just really all about finding the sweet spot that works for you. If 11 to six feels good with your five a m work out, keep doing it. On the flip side, if you find you're so hungry that you just can't wait till 11, then maybe you need to shift a little earlier. And one thing we do know, we've talked about a lot in this show before, is there's a thought out there that you have to eat immediately after working out.
