The Evolution of the Conlang Community

The internet just radically transformed the nature of the conlang community. Many people have never met an other conlang in person ever. I discovered by accident that there was already a fully fleshed out Vulcan language, which had a lexicon of 10,000 plus items. They took the actual lines that were spoken on screen in the original Star Trek motion picture film and then the next films that involved spoken Vulcan language through the third film.
