In 19 82, pack man was on the cover of time magazine and even had its own hits. Just when it seemed video games were unstoppable, the industry suddenly crashed. Out of those ashes comes the nintendo entertainment system in 19 85. Clearly it has staying power because se kno intendo still around to day. The rise of home computers spawn games like world of warcraft. And as soon as mart phones became a thing, games for phones quickly followed. A lot of people think the future is in virtual reality machines where you feel your whole body is in the game. It's very exciting, but not new.
