Some other companies might have started three different vesting periods where it is more heavy towards the later years like actually i can uh you know of course i cannot comment whether what it is exactly today but amigone and some other companies also have this plan. If you have an option you should negotiate try to negotiate for shorter vesting periods and at least flat vesting plan rather than heavy vesting plan towards the end of the event.
