Off Canvas Theme - The Settings Tray Is Now a Lot More Usable

The settings tray is now like uh the settings trained off canvas dialogue are a lot more usable right now. drop buttons and table drags and a lot of this other stuff that was really really wonky for anybody that may not be familiar with this off canvas thing it had to be written in such a way that it negated all of the all of the styles coming from your front end theme because when that off canvas loads it's trying to load its own theme which looks kind of like the admin theme but not entirely.
