What Will Li Chang Do in China?

After this year's Li'an Hui, China has completed its five years political cycle where we see the installation of party and state leaderships. There have been rumours about further consolidation of security apparatus. The Ministry of Public Security and Ministry of State Security might merge under some kind of new commission. At the state council site, there has been an announcement saying that China will build a new science commission to oversee the science self-reliance effort. And also new super-finance watchdog to oversee the country's ailing financial sector.
