What's the Difference Between Warming Up and Recovery?

The team is really buying into the types of recovery that you guys are really buying into at this meet. We're trying to hit every modality in terms of the staff that we have from massage to chiropractic work to acupuncture work. I don't think it's anything crazy out there. It depends on the athlete and the response that we're getting when we do some of these different recovery modalities.
