Grom started working with the indigenous people's movement over 20 years ago in two thousand one. She is currently the precedent of the national indigenous disabled women's association te pall. And she an expert contributor for the disabilityd national duractions committee. Grom continues to speak out and work internationally to have women to be a part of the policy changes.
