The Budget Is Back in the Black for the First Time in 15 Years
A nearly $15 billion cost of living relief package has dominated this year's federal budget. Youth allowance, all study and job keeper payments are going to raise by 20 bucks a week, 40 bucks a fortnight. And the budget is also expected to return a surplus of $4.2 billion.
