Building Community in the Workplace

Amazon warehouses are a very isolating place. It's difficult to have deep human interaction when you're busting your ass moving 30 to forty five pound packages as quickly as you can. High turnover means what it means we frequently have new cowork s, harder to build relationship and organization. So people are always afraid that we'll lose our job.
